Texas is an at-fault state, meaning thevictims mayfile claims with the responsible party’s insurance provider in order to seek compensation for their losses. This is something they may not want to do on their own, however. Insurance providers are known to pay out as little as possible, meaning they won’t get everything they need or deserve to cover the damages sustained. Thankfully, they can turn to an experienced personal injury for assistance negotiating with the insurance company or, if necessary, litigating the matter in civil court.
